Putting a fresh, healthy + DELICIOUS spin on PIZZA!

What I bought:
I used plant based mini cauliflower sandwich thins made by @outeraislegourmet as my pizza base, topped them with my favorite tomato basil sauce made by @cucinaantica some fresh basil, tomato, mozzarella, spinach and cilantro.

What I did:
Preheat your oven to 425* Place your cauliflower thins on a flat service + put them in the oven for 6-7 mins. Remove your thins from the oven, add all your toppings & place back in the oven for 5 mins or until your mozzarella cheese is melted.

The real flavor behind this dish comes from the @cucinaantica sauce that I used. We all know it’s super hard to find a great tasting sauce that doesn’t have any added sugars, dairy, high sodium etc!! But luckily, I stumbled upon this delicious sauce brand at my local Winn Dixie & it’s absolutely bursting with flavor! With no hidden ingredients! And no guilt!

@cucinaantica artisanal cooking sauces allow for the at-home chef to create authentic Italian dishes. Each handcrafted flavor is Whole 30 Approved, Non-GMO Project Verified, gluten-free, with no added sugar, no preservatives and made with imported San Marzano tomatoes.

Crafted with care, each of @cucinaantica cooking sauces create the full experience of authentic Italian cuisine!

Try all of there delicious flavors, including: Tuscany Pumpkin, La Vodka, Tomato Basil, Garlic Marinara, Puttanesca, Spicy Arrabbiata, Fresh Spinach, Arugula Marinara, and La Pizza!
