I have been experimenting and learning a lot about Matcha tea powders lately and this will be the first of many matcha posts so stay tuned for more of matcha madness ladies and gents.
I have been concocting a lot of matcha latte’s lately and I think I finally discovered just the right combination of products to produce a frothy, sweet, no sugar added, keto friendly matcha tea latte.
- 4 OUNCES GRASS FED MILK
- 4 OUNCES UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK
- 1 TSP MATCHA POWDER
- 1 WILD FOODS COCOA BUTTER WAFER
- 1 TSP WILD FOODS MCT OIL
- 10-15 DROPS OF STEVIA LIQUID OR MONK FRUIT
- SMALL SAUCEPAN
Put your matcha, cocoa wafer, natural sweetener and MCT oil into your nutri-bullet. Pour both milks into your sauce pan and place over medium-high heat.
Once you start to see small bubbles forming on top, remove from heat and pour into your nutri-bullet. Pulse your nutribullet for about 20 seconds or until all the contents dissolves. Pour into a mug + enjoy.
